Scott Kraus of The Morning Call – Upper Macungie’s LifeAire Systems has demonstrated in peer-reviewed research that its locally produced state-of-the-art air filtration and purification systems can improve pregnancy rates at in-vitro fertilization clinics.
Twenty of the nation’s top hospitals and health centers already have installed the multi-stage systems in their in-vitro labs.
Now the five-employee start-up company is looking to expand its market. It has installed its first system outside the U.S. at an unnamed clinic in Toronto, and has signed a contract to install its technology in China.
