Brian Downs has over 30 years of experience in industrial maintenance and manufacturing, including more than five years in leadership roles supervising teams of over 30 maintenance technicians. He has extensive expertise in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, PLC systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, fabrication, preventive maintenance, and high-speed manufacturing equipment.

Brian completed technical training through the Cleveland Institute of Electronics and the Massanutten Technical Center, where he studied industrial electrical systems, motor controls, PLC programming, AC/DC electrical theory, and advanced mathematics for the skilled trades.

He is a proven leader with an outstanding safety record, exceptional troubleshooting abilities, and extensive experience managing maintenance operations, production support, employee development, scheduling, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Brian is recognized for his reliability, strong work ethic, and unwavering commitment to maximizing equipment uptime while ensuring production goals are achieved.
