Erik J. Marsh serves as Vice President of Business Development for LifeAire Systems, where he leads strategic growth initiatives, distributor development, and customer engagement across IVF and healthcare markets. With more than thirty years of experience spanning medical devices, healthcare sales leadership, and business development, Erik has played a key role in both startup organizations and Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to joining LifeAire, Erik held sales and leadership positions with companies including Zimmer Orthopedics and Medtronic, where he developed extensive expertise in orthopedic, neurosurgical, and operating room-focused medical technologies. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for aligning clinical, operational, and business objectives to support healthcare providers and improve patient-care environments.

Erik also possesses significant experience in distributor network development and sales management. He previously served as Director of National Sales Distribution for Bionx Implants, Inc., overseeing the expansion, training, and management of the company’s national distributor network. Bionx specialized in bio-absorbable surgical technologies for orthopedic and craniofacial applications prior to its acquisition by CONMED Corporation in 2003.

At LifeAire, Erik has been instrumental in advancing the company’s presence within the IVF and healthcare infrastructure sectors, helping position LifeAire’s advanced air purification technologies as a critical component of clinical performance, infection prevention, and facility optimization strategies. His work frequently bridges the intersection of healthcare technology, facility design, and long-term operational planning, supporting partnerships with fertility networks, hospitals, engineers, and healthcare administrators throughout the United States and internationally. In addition to his healthcare background, Erik maintains experience in real estate investment and development, with a practical understanding of the design-build process and commercial project coordination. This diverse background provides a unique perspective in supporting complex healthcare infrastructure initiatives and strategic facility planning.

Mr. Marsh earned a bachelor’s degree in business and economics from Lafayette College, where he was an All-American football player and set several school records that remain in place today. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors.
